Naomi has cerebral palsy which meant she was unable to access the beech. What is cerebral palsy? Cerebral Palsy affects how a person moves and controls their body. The word cerebral refers to the brain and palsy refers to weakness or problems using muscles. Somone with cerebral palsy might have stiffness in their muscles or tremors.
